This series has been fun but is starting to lose momentum. There is a transitioning of characters that I am not enjoying. The strengthening relationship between Jack and Daggers is great, but other circumstances are less fulfilling. The ending is also a bit confusing, which I know is the point, but still frustrating. I will give the series another book, but if it too disappoints then I will be done.
Jeff Hays is terrific! He continues to impress and entertain.
