I have listened to the other 2 crucible books and found this one to be good but my least favorite. I have loved Max Ahlgrens character and realistic action and believable characters in the other two books but the female reporter “Heat ” in this book was just odd unbelievable and unnatural in the book. I just felt like she was written in to allow a female interest and sex scene. It is worth reading nonetheless but I hope this doesn’t continue.
