It’s a good book. But the writer falls into what many new writers (and some experienced!) by utilizing the same word over and over again to describe something. The story has a lot of potential to be really good. But please if the author is reading this- use a thesaurus. Husky is not the only word available to describe a low pitch, gravelly, horse voice. 😉
The narrator did a a good job. But I would agree with some of the other reviews that say he’s not consistent in some parts of the narration.
I would recommend it though, if you hit a spot where you aren’t sure what to spend your monthly credit on.
