*slight spoilers*
So it took me a while to listen to this book, as I was very upset with Charlie after the first 3 books. But I finally got over it lol. I’m not familiar with either of these narrators, the female was ok but the male, I didn’t care for him that much he sounded too old for a guy in his early twenties.
Anyway… the story…. we being with Charlie’s wedding night when he left Abby and went to hi work where he ends up sleeping with Demi and confesses afterwards that he was married. This begins their hate relationship. I feel like Demi should have not given in so easily to Charlie, like she tried to be strong and hate him and as soon as he showed interest she forgot to be upset. I mean since his marriage wasn’t real she couldn’t be mad about that but his treatment of her was rude. The whole twist with her and Abby was so random it kind of had me scratching my head. I wish the book would have been longer. There was a lot of stuff packed into 6 hours and the ending was so rushed. It went from them breaking up to her father dying to them getting engaged in like 30 minutes. It was a good book I just wished it had been longer with more details.
