The story was more of a great fun adventure with a sprinkling of romance. We’ve got the ex step brothers trope and over protectiveness along with some miss communication. There’s a good amount of adventure with a hero who’s not your typical hero type. He’s never really gone on an expedition even though the rest of his family has. I enjoyed the mystery to find where the treasure was binding and the slight supernatural element. Over all I had a lot of fun with the story though I do wish there had been a little more romance. The narrator did a fantastic job with distinguishing the characters along with their emotions!
