Probably one of the best books I have spent a credit on. I was hesitant for a long time. But trust a stranger, it’s worth the credit.
The story itself has a dark sort of outline and style behind it which makes it a little unique. The storyline is good and the rpg part of the story is very short and to be honest the story itself doesn’t really need the few elements of liking and exp that it has. It is good enough to stand alone, however I can see why the author chose to add these elements.
If you haven’t read something along the lines of an rpg style book this is a good intro (although a little dark)
The story is no where near as dark as the prince of thorns but it doesn’t need to be. Twists and plot jumps make this a great listen.
