The performance was great. always love Jeff Hays and Laurie Catherine Winkel.
The story was wish fulfillment with no actual tension. Everything was given to them, they failed at nothing, and there was no tension at all, even in guessing where the book was going. Predictable and lackluster, but at least the world was kind of interesting. All in all, a good lesson on how not to write an adventure.
