The research and attention to details of the lives of Francis Bacon and the people in his orbit makes for a marvelous listening experience.

I’ve enjoyed this series greatly for the way Anna Castle has weaved quirky characters, real and fictional into real and fictional mysteries.

I had to listen to this one twice to completely follow the “Martin” plots. I found that listening to the historical notes at the end added to the richness of Publish and Perish.
