I picked this up because it sounded interesting and I was hoping to fill in my super hero needs while waiting for “Super Powereds Year 4” by Drew Hayes to come out on Audible and I am happy to say this was exactly what I was hoping for. This book’s atmosphere is a lot less serious compared to Super Powereds but I still thoroughly enjoyed the listen. I really enjoyed hearing a super hero story from the opposite side of the fence and I feel like this book does a great job of making it an enjoyable experience (even if it was over way too soon!).
Narration by Jeffrey Kafer was perfect. I felt like the performance and delivery were exactly what I would expect from the characters and this world. I have no complaints or gripes!
I will definitely be picking up the rest of this series as I work my way through my book queue!
