At first you might not think too much of this book, since it seems to have a rather simple plot, but the characters quickly grow on you. Sam is smart and intelligent and clever. My favorite part about him is his self-assurance and his ability to do a good job. Confidence is sexy. The fellow cast members are equally enjoyable, the narration is ok, and the romance between the two MCs is sweet. The underlying plot seems interesting and I’m curious to see where it goes.
