This is another set of fun stories from Elise Sax. The humor wasn’t quite at OTT as the first set of three books, but I still laughed out loud in some places. The heroines of the stories are quirky, flirty, and sometimes flighty. The heroes are often put upon, and seem to have a bit of trouble confessing their feelings. Communication classes would definitely help all three couples! These stories are all sweet romances with funny, likeable characters.
Angie Hickman is the perfect voice for these stories. She always manages to hit the right tone and emotion for each of the characters and situations. Her pacing is excellent and she sounds like she’s having fun. It’s almost like she knows these characters personally.
