This is an emotional story about friendship, loss, healing, and finding love again. Jovi is shattered after the tragic loss of her best friend, Katie. Katie composed a bucket list for her shy friend before her accident. Now Jovi is determined to honor Katie by completing her list, picking up a sexy stranger along the way. Jovi first sees River at the funeral and when he helps her with her first bucket item, he is now determined to help her do them all. I was so ready to be shattered! And I was in tears at times. But it is also a fun, sweet and sexy story as well. I loved the bucket list idea, and the plot twists in this story kept me totally engaged.

Sarah Puckett does a terrific job capturing each characters personality. Her voice changes were distinct and her intonations makes you feel all the heartache, laughter, and passion that Jovi and River felt.

I really enjoyed this fun, emotional and steamy romance!
