Lane and Felix connect with sarcasm and affectionate sass. It works for them and makes their physical chemistry feel authentic. I didn’t believe their emotional journey. They were building a decent foundation, but the switch for fucking around to something real and vulnerable was flipped too soon for me. The emotional connection world have made a stronger impact of it was more of a slow burn. I absolutely love Copper and Felix’s caring heart, even if he is kind of an ass sometimes.
