This is the first book in the Comics and Coffee Case File cozy mystery series. When his business partner is found dead in their comic/coffee shop Kirby becomes the cop’s number one suspect. This is a fun cozy mystery featuring likable main characters and, despite what the blurb might lead you to believe, quite a few suspects. It’s fast-paced story with a number of twists that kept me entertained from start to finish, with Jeffrey Kafer doing his usual excellent job of narration. Now on to the next!
