I almost quit halfway through the first chapter, but luckily keep with it. The reason for the questionable dialog becomes evident. After that, it was an interesting and fun book. The narration and performances are pretty incredible with more than just voice acting. It at times includes accompanying sound effect and what I assume are layered tracks. The story line and plot are fresh and unpredictable. It’s a good, but different kind of adventure, leaving you wanting more. Definitly continuing on with book 2.
