if I didn’t know this was a true crime novel, I would think it was satire. If you exchange ‘Dr Stone” with ‘Donald Trump’ you would think they were talking about a stolen election!
this book was compelling and informative. the rapist is such a vile narcissist. his supporters blame the victims. their delusional existence, and blatant denial of the facts, are rage inducing!
yes, there is a substantial portion of the book that consists mainly of trial transcripts and court proceedings. they are necessary to convey the scope of the crimes and what the jury heard to decide on their verdict
