So, at the time and place that i am at in my life and business, this book came at the perfect time. I had to listen to it again immediately after finishing. Then i immediately began implementing so many of these ideas. Are they the first time it’s been said or the first time even that i’m hearing some of these? No. But sometimes you have to hear something a few times for it to settle in and you have be in a receiving mentality to let it impact you. Great book, highly recommend! I am a small, family business owner with a questionable leadership team. This helped me realize i wasn’t alone in my modern thoughts and that many times it just takes one person to turn the ship around. I appreciate this book being a how-to for so many of these business practices.
