-Story-
Book 4 in the series of D-List picks up pretty much where the last one left off. The main story revolves around a rescue attempt while setting up plenty of different plotlines. If I had to say the books main flaw lay there though. This series has never been a 20-30 hour book juggernaut kind of place, but with this book being the shortest of the series it almost feels like its trying to build things up for book 5. With Jim Bernhimer’s usually stride of 2-3 years between books, not going to lie it kinda makes me want to beat my head against my desk(Especially since he left things on what can be argued to be a rather large cliffhanger for the next book). Even with that said though the book was fun all the way through leaving me wanting more. Plenty of familiar faces show back up as well as a few new and best of all a few faces that were referred to before get seen as well.

-Narrator-
Jeffrey Kafer Brought his usual excellence to the table in this book and I have grown to love his voice as Cal. Just the right blend of snarky and humor that gets me chuckling more often than not. Honestly I have nothing but praise for the guy in this book.

-TL;DR-
If you’ve read the last 3 its amazing but will leave you itching like a meth fiend for more…..not sure if that’s a good thing or not.

If you haven’t read the last 3, probly a terrible place to start but a wonderful series so I highly recommend going back to the beginning in the same way I highly recommend remembering to breathe.
