Where to start? It was hard to identify with any of the characters. It was hard to follow. It was hard to believe. It was hard to listen to, especially when narrator tried to do kid voices. I did finish listening to it, however, but only so I could write a truthful review. I have read/listened to over 500 similar books. Authors ranging from A-Z: Alanson, Baldacci, Battles, Bell, Berenson, Berry, Blackwood, Britton, Clancey, Coes….you get the idea. Will not be adding this author to my collection.
