I truly loved the Firefly series and in reading the description bought the audio book hesitantly. I am very happy I did.
The essence of the Firefly series is there mixed in with the authors personal touches of various races and magical abilities/issues. He put a great deal of effort to take the listener on a journey from begining to end for the characters he introduces and though you occasionally will find yourself rooting for the bad guy it is for a good reason.
The voice narrator is spectacular bringing a true life to each character. You know which character is speaking and can hear the tone and feeling they have in their voice at that time for the event going on at that moment.
This book has become part of my daily drive into and from work. I am going to miss Carol, Mort, Esper, and the rest of the Mobus crew.
