This is the 4th book in the series and I felt a little thrown into an unknown with it. It’s obvious in space, aliens to earth, a species that has mates and like anyone looking for love and acceptance.
The two who begin the story are two males who have a baby..this species has same sex mates and that mate, male or female can be pregnant.
They are a sweet couple, have good friends and baggage like anyone.
The story was ok, didn’t really pull me in, the troupes not too unique other than same sex, but that doesn’t matter to me, but may to others.
The narrator is a favorite of mine, so I enjoyed his narration.
So nice story, just didn’t do anything great for me.
