Okay. First, let me say after reading books 1-3 over the course of the last month, I am a fan of the series. I like Mr Craven’s writing style. It’s a good blend of details and plot movement. So far, I’ve enjoyed all the main and secondary characters as well as the tertiary characters. There’s believable dialogue and it adds flavor to the story. Somewhat surprisingly, my favorites are Harry, Roscoe and Rebel.
At the beginning, the author makes a note however that is not the issue. My problem with book 4 is; there’s no climax. There’s pieces moving, there’s a little conflict, some things are settled. But all in all there’s no major development. Am I wrong?
