There are so many books out there about leadership but few that address one of the biggest impediments, which is fear. This book provides a straightforward framework that inspires fearless leadership with great insights from a fearless and inspiring leader. I plan to share this book with my team as well as my kids who are embarking on leadership journeys of their own.
