- What made the experience of listening to The Watson Girl the most enjoyable?
- There wasn’t one particular thing that made listening to The Watson Girl more or less enjoyable. The whole audiobook as a whole was solid. The narration was very well done and the story kept me interested and guessing the whole time. The characters were fully realized and the plot of the book was well thought out and didn’t lag. If you’re looking for a good, solid mystery/suspense audiobook, I’d definitely take a look at this one!
- What did you like best about this story?
- I liked how the author separated the story out between the original victim that survived, Laura Watson, Special Agent Tess Winnett, who reopens the case to see if the wrong killer may have been blamed for the Watson crime, and the killer himself. It’s written well and the various POVs between these characters doesn’t confuse and comes together nicely.
- Have you listened to any of Andrew Tell’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
- I haven’t listened to Andrew Tell’s narration previously, but I would definitely listen to another performance of his. He was easy to understand with a good cadence and the various characters that he portrayed were easy to differentiate and well read.
- Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
- I don’t think that there was a particular moment in the book that really moved me, but it did keep my attention throughout and I wanted to know what happened next and who did it!
- Any additional comments?
