I’ve enjoyed the Finding Home series by Lily Morton and was curious to see how she would redeem the irrepressible Gideon. I absolutely loved this story! Eli is a perfect match for Gideon. I love how he met Gideon’s attitude with so much snark and sass. Eli softened Gideon’s edges and helped him accept his truth. It was also great o see Gideon repair the important relationships in his life with his brother and best friends.
Joel Leslie impressed me with his fantastic performance. He really got into the head of each character and delivered meticulous narration. He not only altered his voice to fit each character, he nailed the different accents, flowing seamlessly from one to the other.
