Reviewing this after finishing book 3 because the author really deserves a review on each book in the series. I was exhausted by the litrpg genre but this book had me engrossed, I’ve been letting them play all day while I’m around the house rather than justiatebing while driving like I normally do. This series is fantastic, it’s funny without trying too hard, the setup is unique, not just another reincarnation story, with well planned world building, the talking cat is a wonderful character, which I initially thought would be a problem since talking cats are generally annoying, and most unique of all for the genre, the main character does not describe every woman he sees based on the size of their breasts! I’m no prude or feminist but it’s so refreshing to have a guy more focused on his situation than trying to build a harem like most litrpg turn into. This book is silly, but still manages to stay on track and address the serious situation they are in without minimizing it. Read it!
