through six books and counting, this series continues to amaze. initial central characters grow, evolve, themes well integrated and ancillary characters come and go in well thought out and impactful ways. I don’t know when I’ve enjoyed a book series more. I’m torn between wanting the story to be brought to a conclusion, and never wanting the story to end.
Movies are never as good as books, but this audiobook I think is superior thanks to the voice actors and the sparing use of sound effects. As the series goes on, the actors become more comfortable with the characters and more integral as well.
all in all one of the most enjoyable book series I’ve ever encountered
