The premise of the story was interesting and it could have been good, but fell short. The conversations were not realistic. The other thing that bothered me was every single conversation included some form of “this fallen world”. It became so eye-rolling.

WE GET IT!!!
I’d like to see where the story goes in the next book, but can’t listen to the bad writing anymore so this may be the first and the last in this series for me.
