Very informative and detailed with Putin’s story flowing effortlessly from his childhood beginnings to Crimea. The author obviously did much needed research and appears to have told the story in an evenhanded fashion without much bias. I applaud his efforts. The narrator efforts on the other hand were atrocious! He didn’t know how to make the sentences flow and the misplaced rise and fall of his voice ended up giving some sentences a different meaning than intended. Several times I replayed parts of the recording to make sense of what I just heard. Finally stop listening and got a hard copy of the book and finish reading the story!! A great read, but not so much a great listen.
