This story was about the nightmare we all hope to go through life never having to face from a up close and personal ringside view. I felt for those families and yet knew I never wanted to bear that kind of nightmare. I also could understand how difficult it would be for those who knew the murderer to ever believe that he could have been a friend and yet lived such a life. We are so culturally geared to attempt to make sense of our relationships. This goes beyond all comprehension for the average reasonably law abiding person. It was as complete in detail of its analysis as I could have expected from such an undertaking. Well written.
