Narration is well-paced and well done, as always! Emilio Vega and Rev’s daughter Mackenzie Thompson wake up after an intense earthquake to find themselves freed, the GU officers taking them away checked out and their friends raptured. Now they need to get back to the compound Joshua originally outfitted in order to have a place to survive. Their long trip back is at times harrowing. What awaits them is a new character Hinkle and more action. As they read the Bible, Emilio begins to see just how what he’d done before is used for good by YHWH. Exciting until the very end. Waiting for book 2 of this series.
