This was a wonderful book. a rare spin-off that’s as good as the original series. Like another reviewer said, I was surprised I did not miss Oliver and Dayton because this story was so engaging. I very much look forward to the next book in the series.

I’m surprised by all of the reviewers complaining about Joel Leslie. I have always found him to be a fine voice actor when reading predominantly male parts. He has excellent timing and pacing for dialogue, bringing to life humor and irony exactly where appropriate.

It took me quite some time to get used to the narrator on the original series. I kept listening because the stories are so good but I was glad to have a new narrator here.

I very rarely give five star reviews but I thought this title and performance warranted a top review. Definitely worth the credit.
