Been listening to a ton of Sci Fi lately, and Dalzelle in my top 2 with Jack Campbell.

The fight scenes are not drawn out to add pages(minutes), there is an actual plot to all his stories, his protagonists are engaging and there is plenty of humor. Most science fiction has some sort of FTL and gravity generators, that’s part of the sci fi, but the physics make sense, and the military stuff seems well enough done. No wokeness to notice. This is a good series
