If this were set in the English equivalent of 1890s Minnesota I would have loved this book. Couldn’t get over the odd setting. That said, this is one of the most exciting Holmes story with a great climactic peak. Good plot, good character development, good twists. Great narration. Narrator Steve Hendrickson is great throughout the Minnesota series of Holmes books.
