I absolutely adored this series and the narrators of the audiobooks did an amazing job giving life to these characters.
I loved Bryony and her determination to do right by the people of Kimmery and how she has to deal with corruption and other threats in order to do so.
The world building, different characters and their development,… I couldn’t get enough of it and I loved the way the magical system is set up, making the heat level an essential part of the plot. But despite the level of steam, there is so much more that kept me invested in this series. Moon excels once again, cementing my love for her books and characters.
