Author opens story very well and builds the plot progression with steady precision. Situations change with characters needing to make critical decisions that are well thought out. This may be a spoiler, but the male and female characters develop a good strong relationship through respect, honor, and a growing trust, and not sexuality. That is getting harder to find in books nowadays. KUDOS to the Author AJ Powers. Having Andrew B. Wehrlen narrate this book was an excellent choice, as he utilizes great vocal pressure and a very convincing gender change when swapping from a male voice to a female voice. He is also quite clear in his narration. I hope that there is a second book to follow this one!
