I enjoyed this book, I liked Eve and Kyran the two main characters very much, Eve is human and very easy to relate to, her life revolves around her music, and she’s put everything she has to give into it. I couldn’t help but be amused by Kyran’s confusion when it comes to earth’s customs and language. His reactions and misunderstandings were so endearing and added so much to their story.

Kyran comes to Earth looking for a mate but he and his companions are not fully versed on how Earth works, making for some amusing and awkward scenarios. Kyran is convinced that rocker Eve is his mate so he abducts her and takes her to his planet. As you can imagine Eve isn’t exactly happy about being abducted and taken away from Earth and all that is familiar so her reactions aren’t at all what he expected. Kyran sets out to win her over and prove that they belong together which leads to some amusing and spicey scenes.

The author’s descriptive writing is so well done that I found it easy to picture the clothing the four princes wore on arrival on Earth and I couldn’t stop smiling. If I have one criticism it’s that I would have liked this book to be longer, I wanted more of Kyran and Eve’s antics and chemistry. If you enjoy a funny, steamy fantasy romance, I’m sure you will enjoy it too.

The narration by David Brenin is spot on, he did a good job with the characters and the story.

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
