Mr. Horton, you craft a great story, I enjoyed the sub–stories that revealed more and more about Connor’s character. As a behaviorist, I find myself analyzing thoughts, feelings and behaviours… any clue that gives me insight as to what motivates people. I find your characters have depth. I’m invested in their individual story arch, and ultimately how the overall story unfolds. I even find myself interested in the “bad guys” – learning about what brought them to this place in the story. So far you have not disappointed. All the characters are viable expressions of human nature. Thank you for good story telling.
