The second book has promised to deliver a good amount of both and it has. As the creeping darkness continues to descend on Lord Wright, the choices, good and bad given to him show off more of the great character progression you’d expect.
Still slow and meandering, the story does at least pick up with multiple divergent paths being taken up in the story to keep the listener focused on what’s happening. Just like how you have to pay attention when in a dungeon.
