I enjoyed how the second book in the series picks up right where the first left off and smoothly transitions into moving the plot forward. The pacing was excellent and does a great job of setting up the story for another book. I’m looking forward to seeing how the events in this book end up affecting the world of book 3.
Narration by Jeffrey Kafer was excellent as usual. Great pacing, voicing, and character variation. I have yet to be disappointed and will not hesitate to hear more by this narrator.
