entertaining story. pretentious performance.

I liked the story pretty well. well enough to want to read the next book at least

the performance left a lot to be desired. very stiff. very pretentious. one shouldn’t laugh aloud at tense scenes. if I hadn’t started the book first in kindle, I think i would have had a hard time getting into the story.
