So this story is fun if you know about RPG or have ever played fantasy video games. If you haven’t played adventure video games like this, then the character advancement and the logic behind it just takes away from the storyline (wait, that IS the storyline). Like the other reviews, I did think the reading of the character stats at every level up was a bit long, There were a few parts that seemed a bit juvenile. It is a short listen and there are other fantasy books to spend a credit on like The Cycle of Arawn that have a lot more listening value. It is fun and light, you might laugh a little. If you are not into this genre of video games and satire humor, then you might pass on this one.
