The character dialogue was flawless. The world building and execution were very good. However, the story was too predictable for me. I had the rapist & killer pegged from the beginning and knew the nurse would be the weak link. The multiple different character points of view was at times, early on, hard to track but did improve as time went on. The narrator did a good job!
