This was an enjoyable second chance story. Felix and Max met at a bookshop and the sparks flew. They start a sort of strangers with benefits arrangement that eventually leads to friendship. Felix starts developing feelings that Max can’t reciprocate so they go their separate ways. A few years later, Felix is running an errand for his boss when he accidentally hits Max with his car. Max convinces Felix to be his assistant for the next few months while his arm heals. Only Max has a plan to win Felix back. I liked how this book was split into two parts. I enjoyed the banter and sass between the two MCs. Joel Leslie did a fantastic job voicing these characters.
