This is shaping up to be a fun series with a large ensemble cast. The two MCs are fun and engaging. I enjoy their interaction. The story is picking up and expanding as the crew becomes part of the Station. I didn’t realize this was book 2 in the series and while I could follow the story, I think I would have enjoyed it more if I’d read/listened to book 1. I’m going to try to grab book 1 (as I’m really liking this series) and then onto book 3!
As for the narration, this is a large cast of characters and the narrator does well making them recognizable. And he has fun with the aliens, which makes it fun for the listener too. I’m glad I had a chance to listen and review (I received a copy in exchange for an honest review).
