This was a good entertaining read. I have to admit I got frustrated with Helen a few times throughout the story but I was still hooked enough to want to keep reading.

Helen has been married for nearly 20 years and is struggling with the everyday. She’s feeling lost and insecure in her life choices, especially as she sees her former classmates’ online lives. I love how this book shows the difference between what’s shown online is so often different from the reality. You’re getting a glimpse into the good parts, and possibly embellished parts, not the actual day to day life. I think a lot of people can relate to the feelings and struggles Helen has. She’s stuck between her old love and her current marriage.

Brenda Scott Wlazlo gave a fantastic performance. She portrayed the characters perfectly and gave them unique voices. Her delivery of the humour and drama was great.
