I did enjoy the entire book, the interwoven stories.
HATED the heavy Catholic stuff, just skipped.
HATED the emphasis on a loving family not caring for or believing an extremely abused family member & believing her husband instead of their own child.
HATED EVEN MORE that she never even TRIED to say anything!!!! Because she KNOWS they won’t believe her!
HATED the “being ok” with an adulterous choice, no shock or disgust.
