Ending was a “wowzer”

I enjoyed the premise of the story. Interesting to hear an end-of-the-world as we know it scenario that did not include the entire world. I did like the storyline. Was not enthralled with the narration. The narrator was great for the main character but I felt he lacked depth for the other characters. As I wrote in the headline- the ending was a real surprise. I kept trying to predict the ending and never saw this one coming. I would recommend it to others with the caveat that they be aware the narrator is not the best.

Would have given it a 5 overall except for the narration.
