So many books and online videos promise fast results with little effort and disappoint on their promises, but this audiobook was jam packed with super useful and unique methods for weight loss that don’t require torturous diets and exercise routines.

I’m super excited and motivated to apply these tricks to my daily life and see the results. I’ve heard great things and definitely recommend this to anyone who doesn’t have the full capacity to do an extreme diet/workout routine ever day but is looking to lose the weight.
