Firstly, the narration of this book was amazing. It really could not have been better. As for the book itself, it is fun, funny, and thrilling. As with most of the books in this genre, the magic system was needlessly detailed for a book. I sometimes think most LitRPGs are written by failed game creators. However, mercifully, it is still easy enough to follow and the author doesn’t drown us in stat spam, so well done there. As for the main plot, I found it well thought out and completely riveting at the end. If there are more books in the series, I’ll be heading there now. I’ve grown to love the characters and can’t wait to spend more time with them.
